Massage & Manual Therapy
Massage and manual therapy improve the quality of movement by targeting muscle tension, improving circulation, and enhancing tissue flexibility. By applying various techniques, such as pressure, kneading, and stretching, these therapies help release tight muscles and fascial restrictions, which can hinder movement. This process not only reduces discomfort but also restores range of motion, making movements smoother and more fluid.
Additionally, manual therapy encourages relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering stress levels, and promoting a sense of calm. This helps to alleviate physical and mental tension, leading to better overall mobility and improved well-being.

Functional Training @ Matterhorn
Functional training improves balance, reduces the risk of falling, and enhances resilience by mimicking everyday movements. It strengthens muscles, builds stability, and improves coordination, making it easier to adjust to changes in position.

Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a therapeutic massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to remove toxins, reduce fluid retention, and improve circulation. It involves gentle, rhythmic movements that encourage the flow of lymph, a fluid that helps remove waste and support immune function. This technique can reduce swelling, promote relaxation, and enhance overall health by supporting the body’s natural detoxification processes.

The Relaxed Ready System
James "Jim" Randolph
James Randolph is a movement specialist, ultra-endurance athlete, and creator of The Relaxed Ready System—a nervous system-based approach to training and bodywork that develops power without tension and precision without force. His signature method, RSASR+ INTERO, fuses performance with presence by retraining the body’s core reflexes for regulation, safety, attention, stress reactivity, and interoceptive awareness.
In his 20s, James lived and breathed long-distance running, averaging over 50,000 steps per day while obsessively refining the most foundational human movement: gait. He raced distances from sprint to ultra-marathon, studying how each strain on the body required a unique modulation of the nervous system. That knowledge — of how to train specific physiological states for specific outcomes — is embedded deeply within RSASR+ Intero. So is the insight he gained into HRV, breath control, and system adaptability through years of pounding earth and tracking inner signals.
But after surviving a near-death experience, everything changed. The drive to chase distance dissolved. In its place, James found something deeper — the primacy of connection, relational presence, and embodiment beyond output. He stopped measuring miles and started tracking meaning. He began to move not to escape, but to return.
RSASR+ Intero was born from that threshold — part science, part instinct, part resurrection. His method blends sprinting, strength, fascia mapping, breathwork, and deep nervous system literacy to help people regulate stress, reclaim safety, and reinhabit their bodies from the inside out.
He lives in Florida, where he continues to test this work in community — walking alongside elders, athletes, and those at the edge of transformation. His wife, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-architect of the system, remains a quiet force in the background of the work.
Gait still anchors his practice. He plans to walk with awareness until the day he dies.
